When we started our own business we decided that we should move our pick-up truck from our name to the business name since it was going to be used as our primary business vehicle.  I had a feeling that the rates would be different so I got an instant car insurance quote to see what it would be.  The rates did go up but in the long run it was a savings for us.   The insurance was paid for by our company and became a tax deductible business expense.  What I was impressed by was the speed at which I was able to get the quote.
