Whenever I can hire someone else to do the horrible parts of the business I do, a I figure that if I keep doing them I will begin to hate my business and won’t apply myself and then lose customers or fall behind in the search engine ratings. I want someone who can handle things like my pay per click account management and just hand me the results of their efforts. If they are good fine, I will keep them, if not then they have to go. It is that simple, show me the customers and you can keep your job and I can keep mine.
