Learn The Correct Way To Display Your Samurai Swords

November 5th, 2009 by admin

My family and I have been in the collecting business for quite some time, and I have always been very careful to learn the proper way to care for and display our items. A few years ago we began acquiring some new pieces, and I needed to know more about the Correct Way to Display Your Japanese Samurai Swords. I found a very informative site that told me what I needed to know, and we implemented their suggestions. Now our collection is even more attractive, and we know that the pieces will last for years because of our care. I am enjoying collecting these swords!

My Scuba Diving Adventure

November 1st, 2009 by admin

In 2008, I took a trip to Costa Rica. I never intended to go SCUBA diving, but my best friend Bill talked me into it. We spent a day getting certified and then the following day we set out to go diving. It went well at first, but then the breathing tubes got tangled up and we had to go back up to the surface to adjust the gear. By the time it was all said and done, we got two hours to explore relatively unguided. I was actually petrified when I saw a tiger shark swim by. Bill, being fearless, swam toward it while I swam the other way.

He Never Got That Far

October 29th, 2009 by admin

My heart is still beating so hard from what just happened that I can barely type. It was ten o’clock and snowing, so when I heard knocking at my door I was sure that someone was in trouble. When I opened the door to let them in, however, I was met by a man who grabbed he and tried to pull me outside. I don’t know what he was going to do, because thankfully he never got that far. I used some moves I had learned in Indianapolis Martial Arts class on him, and before he knew it he was outside and the door was locked. I ran upstairs and called the police, who found him pretty quickly. I have never been so thankful for a class in my life!

Reach The Sky By Jumping

October 25th, 2009 by admin

Many guys think that if they play basketball every day they will naturally learn How to Jump Higher.  This is true to slight degree and will help your jumping ability a little bit.  But to really separate yourself from other players you need to follow a well organized jumping program. Before you go make yourself a jump program let me give you some tips on how to create the best one possible. Determine your leg strength you need to do some squats.  If you haven’t done squats before please have someone analyze your form so you don’t injure yourself.  This should be very easy to do and if it’s not, you are lacking leg strength and need to focus primarily on leg strength for a while before doing jump training.

The new workout suit in my closet

October 15th, 2009 by admin

If I never wear my new workout suit to the gym I can wear it under my clothes in the winter when I go outside to shovel snow. I do not know what got into my mother when she dropped off two sauna suits and told me she thought I might want them. I don’t know that that is really true but I was not going to say anything. She was just trying to help me out since my workout pants are now the rag I used to wash my car. They had so many holes in them I could not wear them.

Soccer Goalie Equipment

October 14th, 2009 by admin

Soccer is a well known game all over the world. It’s a fast paced game that can keep the viewers at the edge of the seat. This game requires some equipment that protects the players from the racing ball. But the Soccer Goalie Equipment is a bit different from the rest of the players. The goalie is an important player in the game. He is responsible to dodge the ball and save goals. He needs to dive and slide in different positions in order to do that. For these actions he needs some special gears that will keep him from getting hurt. Helmet is a must for any goalie and so are shin guards and crotch guards. Goalies usually wear long sleeved shirts.

Basics of Getting Big Biceps

October 9th, 2009 by admin

Getting into shape should always include a mixture of cardiovascular work with resistance training.  If you are searching for a way to build tone and bigger muscle as well, then a focus on weight lifting and resistance training may be more conducive to your needs.  One of the main areas that many will focus on is to build big biceps.  To do this, you will want to create specific resistance training routines that are built on contracting your muscles in your upper arms.  You can combine this with foods that work effectively in building muscle to support the workouts you are doing.  Over time, you will be able to create tone and definition, while building bigger bulk for these muscles.
