I was surprised when my wife, Morgan, handed me a package last Monday evening that was wrapped in gift wrap. When I opened the package, I saw that it was the Insanity Workout DVD. A few days earlier, I had mentioned to her that I would really like to have the DVD. I hugged Morgan and thanked her for buying me the DVD. When she asked me when I was going to start using the DVD, I told her that I would use it first thing the next morning.
