I bought a book last week that is all about cooking and is supposed to tell you whether or not you are cut out to be a professional chef.  It must have mentioned the Henckels Twin Signature Knife Set about a hundred times.  It was in the cutlery section, and they had a quiz there that was designed to test your knowledge of knife brands.  It asked what knife would be best for certain kinds of cooking.  I was amazed at how many times it mentioned this set of knives as the correct choice.  I will be buying a set for myself very soon.
