I saw the cutest thing in a restaurant the other day.  Candle bling would be the best way to describe it. Pretty, beaded circles were attached to ribbon and tied around taller, round, white candles.  The candlelight illuminated the multicolored beads so that it had a bit of a sparkle to them.  The ribbon was tied below the bottom half or the candle.  You would have to watch as the candles melted down so that the ribbon wouldn’t catch on fire.It seemed to me that the candle bling could easily be converted to napkin bling as you could tie the ribbon at any length to fit as a napkin ring.  Either way, these would make a great quick handmade gifts.
