There is nothing quite like a bbq on a hot summer day with friends, beer, hangin out around the pool. I love bbqing hot dogs, hamburgers, tri tips, t-bones and vegetables too like corn and asparagas, though not too much on the asparags, they cook quick. Doing it right is really a myth. It is not hard. You just need to begin, get started, and try cooking things over an open flame. Try different meats, try different rubs and suaces.
