I love chocolate brownies, much more than any other dessert.  Nothing can compare to a nice rich chocolate brownie, with a fudgey texture and a crisp top.   I’ve tried lots of brownies in my time – and the differnece between a good and a bad brownie is phenomenal.  I mean, have you ever bought one from a packet where it is really dry, and you can actually taste the dry cocoa powder inside it.

Much better is ahandmade specaility laden with chocolate, I mean crammed full of as much chocolate as you can in there – this is what true Chocolate Brownies are about, chocolate all the way.
